Veeam Management Agent is Not Connected

Veeam Management Agent is Not Connected

This Kb covers steps to be followed if your Veeam Management Agent is not connected (which may also result in VBR showing as inaccessible)

Please log in to Veeam Service Provider Console(VSPC)
AU  accounts- https://vac-ausyd.backups.net.au
NZ accounts - https://vac.backonline.co.nz

Please login to the above URL with your credentials and click on Managed Computer on the Left Pane.
You will see an option to Download Management Agent. Click on it and the Management Agent will be installed to the machine.
When downloaded from the VSPC, the agent will have all the settings preconfigured and will connect to TIMG.
Once installed, the management will report healthy and up-to-date and will report correct info to TIMG.

If Veeam displays a warning that the agent already exists on the server, open task manager and look for Veeam Management Agent service. If the service is stopped, right click and start the service. This should restart the management agent connection to TIMG.
If the service seems to be stuck, follow the KB -  Ways to kill a stuck Windows service
